Position will be shared between Genesis's Milford and Seaford Centers in Delaware.
1. The Attending Physician will abide by pertinent facility and medical policies and procedures and will collaborate with the Medical Director to help the facility provide high quality care.
2. The physician will maintain a courteous, professional level of interaction with facility staff, patients, family, facility employees, and management.
3. The Attending Physician will report to the Medical Director any observed or suspected violations of patient rights, including abuse or neglect.
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. required. Experience in a long-term care facility preferred. Gerontology certification preferred. AMDA membership and CMD certification preferred.
