Responsible for the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Care Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the areas of Clinical Services, Quality Assurance, Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Relations. Certain functions of the position will include the performance of tasks which will coordinate the timely and appropriate delivery of services to the resident of Comprehensive Care Facilities; the coordination of the internal and external billing process and payroll; assurance of education related to care and operations, and the enhancement of RHS's status as a provider of quality respiratory care services.
This position will cover Rhode Island and parts of MA and CT. Need to be licensed in all 3 states.
Qualifications:
The District Manager must have a degree in a respiratory services discipline or related field, along with a minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting. Home Care, LTACH, and Hospital experience a plus. Must have a minimum credential of Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician, Registry Eligible preferred.
